Booking Policies
Please read before booking. By submitting a booking inquiry you agree to all terms below.

Deposit & Payment
- 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date.
- Remaining balance is due in full 7 days before your event date.
- Failure to submit remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation without refund of deposit.

Cancellations & Refunds
- 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: remaining balance (if already paid) will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: no refund of any amount paid.
- Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance.
- Capital Limousine LLC is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.
Alcohol Policy
- Guests aged 21 and older may consume alcohol responsibly on board.
- Capital Limousine LLC does not provide alcohol. Guests are responsible for supplying their own.
- Providing alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
- Excessive intoxication that endangers the safety of other passengers or the driver will result in termination of service with no refund.
Passenger Conduct
- Smoking, vaping, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board at all times.
- Maximum passenger count of 20 guests may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
- Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
- Verbal or physical abuse toward the driver or other passengers will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
- The driver reserves the right to terminate service at any time for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior. No refund will be issued.
- Capital Limousine LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears excessively intoxicated prior to boarding.
Cleaning & Damages
- The bus will be provided in clean condition. Clients are responsible for returning it in reasonable condition.
- Excessive cleaning fees of $150–$500 may be charged at our discretion for severe messes including but not limited to: vomit, spilled drinks, excessive trash, or staining.
- Any damage to the vehicle, equipment, or fixtures caused by passengers will be billed to the client at full repair or replacement cost.
- Damage assessment will be documented and provided to the client within 48 hours of the event.
Travel & Destination Fees
- A flat Travel & Destination Fee applies to all trips outside Lancaster County.
- Current destination fees: York +$75 · Harrisburg +$75 · Reading +$100 · Philadelphia +$150 · Baltimore +$200.
- Destinations not listed above will receive a custom quote prior to booking confirmation.
- Travel & Destination Fees are a flat one-time fee per booking, not per hour.
- PA tax may apply to all bookings.
Liability & Insurance
- Capital Limousine LLC is fully licensed and insured in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and complies with all PA DOT regulations.
- Capital Limousine LLC is not liable for personal belongings left on the vehicle.
- Clients assume full responsibility for the conduct of their guests during the rental period.
- By booking with Capital Limousine LLC, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Limousine LLC from any claims arising from passenger misconduct.
General Terms
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Capital Limousine LLC reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle in the event of mechanical failure.
- Itinerary changes during the rental period are subject to driver approval and time availability.
- Overtime beyond the booked hours will be charged at the applicable hourly rate ($250/hr weekday · $325/hr weekend) billed in 30-minute increments.
- Capital Limousine LLC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or events outside our control.
- These policies are subject to change. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.
